Old Glossop is a quaint village steeped in history with several period buildings with the old market cross still visible to this day. Manor Park is a stones throw away, as well as three local pubs offering real ale and traditional fare. The local shops and restaurants are less than a mile away. The area has an abundance of walks, cycle routes and horse riding paths including Longdendale Trail, Pennine way, Crowden and Derwent reservoir made famous by the “Dambusters”.

A maximum of one dog is allowed, they should be house-trained if possible and kept downstairs. For guests with babies/toddlers, a travel cot can be supplied on request
